If you have any issues with the products received, please send us the description of the issue and a photo of problem before washing or cleaning the items!

Depending on the situation, you will either receive a refund or a replacement.
Please note: we can not give a refund for half eaten products that went bad after too much time in the fridge. Please, refrigerate your jam after opening and consume within 6-8 weeks. While many of the jams would last longer then that, use visual inspection and smell test if its over that time.
