What is liquid jam?
Liquid jam has the same ingredients like our jam: fruit juice, sugar, lemon and agar agar. In the jam there is more agar agar which is a seaweed based thickener. In the liquid jam, the thickener is only added for very thin juices, so it will work great on pancakes, oatmeal, as water flavor or cocktail mixers.

What is Xylitol?
Xylitol is a sugar alternative derived from the bark of a birch tree. Its low glycemic (GI 6) and is diabetic friendly. It is toxic to pets so please do not let your cat or dogs get access to it.
