Candied Lemon – Liquid Jam

Liquid jam with candied lemon slices made with sugar, lemon.
Made with fruit from the New Zealand Lemonade Tree. A less acidic lemon with a light mandarin tone.

Comes in regular mason jar without handle. Contains a few caramelized slices of lemon for drinks.

What is liquid jam?
Liquid jam has the same ingredients like our jam: fruit juice, sugar, lemon and agar agar. In the jam there is more agar agar which is a seaweed based thickener. In the liquid jam, the thickener is only added for very thin juices, so it will work great on pancakes, oatmeal, as water flavor or cocktail mixers.
