Blackberry & Passion Fruit – Liquid Jam

Fruit concentrate made with sugar, blackberry, passion fruit & lemon.

What is liquid jam?
Liquid jam has the same ingredients like our jam: fruit juice, sugar, lemon and agar agar. In the jam there is more agar agar which is a seaweed based thickener. In the liquid jam, the thickener is only added for very thin juices, so it will work great on pancakes, oatmeal, as water flavor or cocktail mixers.
